Schools run on disconnected systems. Academic records in one place, finance in another, attendance on paper, and parent communication scattered across phone calls and messaging groups. Information becomes difficult to manage and leadership loses visibility across the institution.

Understanding the Operation

Before building, we mapped how information actually moves through a school — between the registrar, the bursar, teachers, parents and school leadership — and where it stops moving. That shaped the architecture more than any feature list.
